We hope to use this space to provide useful information from breathing practices to stave off seasonal bugs to stretches that might challenge you! We would like to share existing and new knowledge that helps us all towards that work - life balance. It is often the case when we eventually get time off, that we fall victim to the latest bug or our body decides to 'fall apart'. Everyday stress can manifest in many ways from emotional, mental to very physical symptoms.
